On behalf of Fair Mont Eagan School I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each of you and your team for your vital role in the very successful expansion project at our school.

We selected your company very early in this expansion process to serve as our Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). You were the clear choice for us in that you had a thorough understanding of our campus and facilities and you also clearly embraced our vision for this expansion along with our desire to get the maximum value out of every dollar spent. Prior to obtaining our funding, your professionalism and commitment to the process through the bond attempt, the grant application phase and the design and initial budgeting phases was invaluable.

After our funding came through, you were well prepared to launch our project beginning with the architect and engineer selections all the way through to the actual bid letting, which went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the final budget and time line, which were both very close to your predictions. You had told us when we selected you as our CMAR that your philosophy was to put extensive work into the planning and design phases of the project, which would in turn make the actual construction phase go very smoothly. True to form, that was our experience with your guidance and process from start to finish.

The construction phase went very smoothly and was completed on schedule and under budget. Our project included multiple "remodel" components, which always makes a project less predictable. As difference issues came to light, the communication was excellent and we always felt comfortable with the trouble shooting process and your willingness to consider our input. Your creativity and willingness to always seek the most cost effective solutions was consistent from start to finish.

Throughout this entire process you were always looking out for the best interest of our school district and it resulted in a project that we are very proud of. Your team took ownership of our project and played an absolutely vital role in our success and we greatly appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you.
