Western Building Center

The purpose of this letter is to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism displayed by you and your staff while working on the remodel of the Evergreen Administration Building. From start to finish, we were impressed by the level of communication, the attention to detail and the cooperative attitude of all involved. Your "crew" was very respectful of the school schedule and accommodated every request to make adjustments as needed. Scott Cheff was a pleasure to work with and, seemingly, went out if his way to make the project a success.

The number of change orders were minimal and the project was complete ahead of schedule. The coordination with and scheduling of the various subcontractors was basically seamless. As a school superintendent for 21+ years, I have been involved with a variety of projects and a good number of contractors. The level of performance exhibited on this particular project rank among the very best.

On behalf of the Evergreen School Board of Trustees and Evergreen School Community, thank you for a job well done. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.
