Following a car wash and fuel station, this third phase centralizes rental car operations. A radiant concrete floor system will maintain a comfortable environment in the 4 bays, also providing exterior snow melt. Strategic lighting and central vacuums will aid in preparing vehicles for public use. Site improvements include paved parking and expanded lighting. Professional consultants are moving the design towards a Spring start.
