In early October, Hammerquist Casalegno began construction on new condominiums that are to develop into a small community of four buildings upon project completion. Designed by Jackola Engineering & Architecture PC, Datum Drafting Design and Waatti Engineering, Hammerquist Casalegno was awarded the project and construction has progressed on the 11,206 square foot building A. The finished project is to include three additional buildings, with a total of 54 units.

Located conveniently near Kalispell, the new condominium community is intended to provide comfortable and affordable housing for residents. The implementation of variety exists in all concepts of each living space.
