Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. has been awarded the construction of a 20 bed expansion at the Brendan House.

Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. has been awarded the construction of a 20 bed expansion at the Brendan House.  Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. joined with Jackola Engineering and Architecture on another Design-Build project for Northwest Health Care.  Ground breaking for this 10,500 sq.ft addition is scheduled for July 1st. 

This expansion will enhance the transitional care offered by this skilled nursing facility.  Residents will enjoy a spacious day area for social activities.   This area includes a nourishment station and natural light is radiated through a central skylight.  An independent central mechanical plant will also be created for this additional pod.
