Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. project updates

Installation of steel structure began July 21 at the Ashley Furniture job site in Kalispell. The construction site has been a bee hive of activity as concrete has been finished, water lines dug, steel and other supplies delivered. The 40,000 square-foot building will house Ashley Furniture and Sleep City.

Ground has been broken at a new residential/commercial development in Bozeman called Summer Creek. The five-building project will include spaces for some 19 ground-floor retail shops along with 19 upper story one- and two-bedroom residential condominiums.

The new offices for City Service Valcon are moving along with siding and masonry work nearly finished.

Projects nearing completion include the Glacier Neurological building on Commons Way in Kalispell and the new MacKenzie River Pizza Restaurant in Missoula. The Brendan House addition has been finished and is now in use. A nurse’s station is currently being remodeled and will be completed soon.

New projects on the horizon include a 3,000 sq. ft. residence, a new building for the Ranch Hand feed and convenience store in Eureka, a retail and commercial building at 400 West Broadway in Missoula, and further development of the Cherry Creek-Ashley Furniture complex in Kalispell on Hwy 2 East.
