MacKenzie River Pizza - Kalispell
Ground was broken in late November for the construction of a new
MacKenzie River Pizza restaurant in Kalispell. Located just south
of Rosauer’s supermarket on Hwy 93 South, the new building will pattern
the restaurant recently completed by Hammerquist Casalegno in Missoula.
The building of nearly 5,000 sq. ft. will be constructed through the
winter and ready for occupancy Spring 2006. The project is a
product of the Hammerquist Casalegno/Jackola Engineering and
Architecture design-build team. Kirk Hammerquist is the Project
Superintendent.
The Montana-based gourmet pizza business features a wide range of specialty pizzas, sandwiches, and soups.
400 West Broadway – Missoula
Another Hammerquist Casalegno/Jackola design build project was started
this fall at 400 West Broadway in Missoula for Peak Development.
This new two-story retail/residential building includes space for City
Brew and another retailer on the ground floor along with three
residential condominium units on the second floor.
Project Superintendent is Dustin Lohoff.
Ranch Hand – Eureka, Montana
Everything is on schedule for this new convenience store addition at
the Eureka Ranch Hand. The new c-store will include a Hot Stuff
food program and upgraded fuel island and canopy structures. Nate
Nelson is Project Superintendent.
Cherry Creek – Kalispell
The new Ashley Furniture store is now open off of Hwy 2 East in
Kalispell. The Peak Development project designed and built by
Jackola Engineering and Architecture and Hammerquist Casalegno also
includes the new Sleep City business which will move from its current
location near JoAnn’s Fabrics.
Framing is now going up on another portion of this Peak Development
project – Cherry Creek North Retail. This project will house
several retail businesses.

Other Projects
Other projects being worked on by Hammerquist Casalegno include an
addition at the Bigfork Playhouse and interior build-out remodel on the
first and third floors of the Forum Building.
