Spring Construction Moving into High Gear

Site work began this morning at a new project located in Kalispell near Buffalo Commons, where Hammerquist Casalegno has the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor.  The three story metal framed professional building will include a sky bridge and upper and lower parking lots.  Site and building plans were completed by Jackola Engineering & Architecture.

This professional building follows after the start of a project located in downtown Bigfork three weeks ago.   Work began on the 5,200 square foot building known as the Double Eagle in April.  The rapid schedule and small working area has been a fun challenge for the Hammerquist Casalegno crew.  After a late April start, the masonry shell is complete due to immense commitment by all trades working through the weekends.  Hammerquist Casalegno has greatly enjoyed working closely with all local residents and merchants.

Up next, Hammerquist Casalegno will begin mobilization on the Bigfork School District’s Site Improvements, where majority of the site work will be completed prior to the start of the 2008-2009 school year.
