2005 Year end review...

As the year 2005 draws to a close, Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. partners look back on a year of accomplishment and growth.

Five important projects were completed – MacKenzie River Pizza in Missoula and Brendan House Addition, Glacier Neuroscience and Spine Center, Ashley Furniture/Sleep City, and City Service Valcon corporate offices, all in Kalispell.  Other projects were started including an addition for Eureka Ranch Hand in Eureka, 400 West Broadway retail/residential building in Missoula, MacKenzie River Pizza in Kalispell, a Cherry Creek retail building and addition to Valley Glass, as well as several interior build-out and remodeling jobs.

Also, on-going work continues at Waterside, a residential condominium complex of some 70 units in four buildings on the shores of Flathead Lake in Lakeside, Montana.

Company partners and managers are looking forward to new opportunities in 2006.

Following is a summary of some current and past projects that Hammerquist Casalegno Inc. and Jackola Engineering and Architecture have produced as a design-build team.

Current and Recent Projects

Partly completed, this retail complex is designed to include two separate retail buildings with combined spaces for up to eight tenants in addition to the recently opened 40,000 sq. ft. Brendan House Addition – 2005

The design-build team worked closely with Brendan House personnel to complete the project on time with the least possible interference to on-going daily nursing activity. The 10,000 sq. ft. addition includes four private and eight semi-private rooms as well as an activities/dining area and nursing support areas. Construction was completed September 2005.

Waterside at Flathead Lake - 2005
