Hammerquist Casalegno has broken ground on a new 144 unit condominium project behind Super 1 and the old Shopko building in Kalispell. The project houses approximately 225,000 SF of common, residential living and community space for residences and guests.

The drone shots capture progress with initial site fill, grading, utilities, new access road, and the foundation and precast garage structure nearing completion on the 1st of (4) towers. The wood framed structure shown will house the north portion of the central community building.
