• Complete interior and exterior renovation, including significant site imporvements
• Added timber-framed gable roofs over breezeways, timber-framed shed roofs between first and second floor windows, and new precast concrete breezeway stairs with new powder coated steel handrail
• Constructed a new Community Room, Site manager Office, and Laundry Room addition to building #2
• Multi-phase project requiring close coordination with owners, owner contracted property manager, City of Kalispell, and Relocation team to minimize impact to apartment tenants

The Woodlands Independent Living
