• Flathead Gymnastics Academy purchased their new location at 1380 Hwy 2 West of Kalispell in February of 2020.
• They were bursting at the seams in their present facility of 7,400 sq ft total; whereas, available movement (gym) space is growing from 5,500 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft, not including offices and ancillary spaces. The added movement area will allow Flathead Gymnastics Academy to have separate spaces for Preschool Gymnastics, Developmental Gymnastics, Extreme Gymnastics, and Team Gymnastics.
• They have been working with the Hammerquist Casalegno team for a couple of years, looking at various options for a new, larger facility to expand their thriving gymnastics academy.
• With a plan already in the works upon purchase of the property… the construction remodel project began 3/5/20, with anticipated completion on 5/15/20.
• Brief overview of the remodel includes demolishing an upper level and a South annex/concrete ramp; as well as, a number of interior walls and ceilings, installing a new sprinkler system, new lighting, upgraded security system, adding bathrooms and a training room for the gymnasts, officially turning this former beverage distribution center into a gymnastics academy.

Our fast track General Contractor and Construction Management process (GCCM) and close working relationship with MRPCo and their design team resulted in a May opening, following an October construction start.
